Rajkahini is an Indian Bengali Drama film directed by Srijit Mukherji that can be best described as a partition period drama

Amal works as a security guard in a mall and is tempted by the world of wealth surrounding him. When a close friend introduces him to the underworld element, he becomes trapped in a web of greed, lust and crime.

This film is based on four short stories by different writers: "Bateswarer Abodan" by Parasuram, "Porikkha" by Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay, "Kagtarua" by Satyajit Ray and "Dui Bondhu" by Satyajit Ray.
